C# でcsv形式のテキストファイルをチャート化

C# でcsv形式のテキストファイルをチャート化するサンプルです。予め、form1 にchart1　というチャートコントロールを配置しておきます。また、予め\mdb　というフォルダに、6954.csv　というcsvテキスト形式ファイルを用意しておきます。csv形式ファイルの0番目のフィールドをX軸に、2番目のフィールドをY軸に割り当てています。
